This song is written by Saint Kabir and was originally sung by Pt. Kumar Gandharwa
His version of this song is quite different then what u listen Kailash Kher singing in his album called "Kailasa"...
Kailash is also a gr8 singer and He has also done a fantastic job on this song...
More information on this song... i.e. the Raag and Taal... Which was sung by Pt Kumar Gandharva will be with the meaning blog...

CHk this link out... Vedanth Bharadwaj performance of Naiharwa.. Its Fantastic... better than the Kailsh kher version!!
you should really hear Kumar Gandharva's version. His Bhava is incomparable. Kailash has done a good job but the feeling in Kumar Ji's gives you goosebumps.
