Evolution

Hi!
Evolution!!! What is this evolution? There is Darwin's theory of evolution that we evolved from apes. Then why didnt the other species? Who is the one evolving? Is it the Physical body, The Mind or the Consciousness? Are we still Evolving or its done? There are many such questions in the mind which needs answering. What do u actually mean by Evolution or evolving? If you see the Stone age. In that age humans were wandering the deserts, forest as tribals having different tribal way. No sign of communication or anything. Nothing to write or even read. Then slowly we developed a sign language and then drawings and sound. Slowly the Consciousness trained itself to develop a language. Differently in different places all over the globe. The physical body was the same but the consciousness evolved...
What about now!!! Has the evolution has stopped or is it still on???? There is this intriguing question which led to this realization that it is still on... Each and every individual consciousness is evolving by learning from past mistakes and not doing them again, the level of awareness decides how much a conscious mind has evolved. More the awareness faster is the evolution... Some people call it growth, others by many different terminology.
Life is going on as it was going on back in the stone age. And the evolution has now come to the nuclear age. and way further to go. each and every individual learns from the present. Awareness plays a very important part in it. A player understands his own mistakes and evolves into a better performer every time and again. Practice with awareness is the key to success. Evolution is a never ending process in the life of an individual consciousness. May it be Human or any other living organism. Animals evolve from their mistakes and that particular consciousness chooses a higher birth according to the information it has. Or impressions should I say. This is Evolution. Every individula consciousness wants to get higher and higher in the chain. This want/Craving itself leads to evolution. This rule applies to corporate offices as well. You evolve into getting yourself promoted minus the politics.... :-P
The individual who is striving for the higher good is always happy and evolves faster than every other individual... This is Evolution!!!

Steps of a Staircase

There has been a lot of inquiry about are you a ladder or a staircase... Inside me that is!!! and pondering over these questions what i found out that if you have to be a staircase you have to grounded in knowledge!!! but for that to happen first you need to relax, calm down... bring your mind to the present moment... Become happy and then explore!!! without a calm state of mind nothing can be achieved!!!!

All of you must be wondering what in the world am I talking about!!! Take few mins out of your busy schedule and think about this... What is a difference between a ladder and a staircase!!! Well this is a unique way our mind understands anything... by giving simple examples related to day to day things... A ladder only appears to be attached to its destination but its not. one small push and voila it falls down... whereas a staircase is permanently attached to its destination. only an earthquake can bring it down... or if you demolish it... another thing is its very difficult to climb a ladder and not very smooth journey up as well as down but its not the same with a staircase... going up and down is very easy...

Taking this example and applying it to our life... Be like a staircase not a ladder... which means no matter how many wrongs or rights you face on the path, keep your focus at the end or rather the GOAL... A ladder falls of if shaken... Many events will come to your life to shake you and the Master will let them come just to let you know what you are... If such events will shake you then know that you are a ladder... There are many people in this world who play it dirty... If that shakes you off your focus or your sankalp... then you've lost your connection... Don't be sad if you've realised that you are a ladder and don't be too happy if you think you're a staircase... hehehehe!!! Cuz if you are stuck in any of these then you are bound to the ladder... remember that whether its a ladder or a staircase you don't relax on it... Same way on the Path If you are thrown off by people and their behavior or any other politics then you are off... No matter what happens in the organisation keeping your focus on the Master and His words is the wise thing to do... Becoming a Staircase... Having that unshakable faith... Then to an escalator and then to a LIFT!!! Heeheehehehe ... Now you only find out what are these!!!!!!!! :-)

Hi there

Its been a long time I have not been posting anything on the blog... There have been many new realisations as well as re realisations... :-) So this one is the continuation on the topic of Love...

Was wondering about one of the most amazing Phenomenon of Power!!! How in the world does anyone get motivation or power to act??? Pondering over this, it struck me that its Love!!! Anything and Everything gets power from Love!!!! A completely Logical Mind also loves its logic and thus gaining power to apply logic... An Atheist also loves his beliefs thus getting energised not believing in God... All the distortions of Love viz; Anger, Arrogance, Lust, Greed, Jealousy, Attachment, Obsession, Entanglement also give power but with a negative approach... The original power of Love is reduced... Purest form of Love is Unconditional which has the power to protect anything from Harm... Knowledge of this frees you from Fear... Fear of Death, Fear of Losing Love...

Till there is a tendency to search love outside in others this Fear exists... Even Fear gains power from Love as Fear is Love upside down... This knowledge can liberate you from all fears... Moment you see beyond fear you ll realise that the source of unlimited power is already with you... The most powerful Thing in the world is ....

Sleeping Beauty

Hi

   Remember when we were kids ( I still am one ) we used to listen to stories... Few from Grandmothers and few in our school text book... Few as bedtime stories... And there was a story of a beautiful princess having sleep disorder... not insomnia of course... she was laden with a curse till she find real love.... Amazing story....

   But I am not talking about that Sleeping Beauty... I will like to share my experience when i was traveling from Amravati ( Maharashtra ) to Ahmedabad in a train... It was a very nice journey... A long one cuz the train was late... 2 hrs... and reached Ahmedabad 4 n half hours late... But the whole point is not about the complains of trains getting late and the driver sleeping off... hehehehe... It was a night journey... and I was not able to sleep as i had slept during the day after the lunch at a Rajasthani family's golden jubilee anniversary of a old couple... so u can imagine how was the food...

   Well so there i was not able to sleep... So i went and opened the door of my bogey and was standing at the door feeling the beautiful wind caressing me... Out there was a sky with so so many stars... Rare sight for a city dweller... and the entire creation was.... Just Sleeping... Well whatever i was able to see was sleeping... and then i realized that how Beautiful the sleeping nature was looking... each and every tree, the ground, the grass, the stones everything was just sleeping peacefully... And I was like " Guys this is the real Sleeping Beauty!!! " 

   There were very few lights which according to me were street lights... and few of the cars and trucks light on the highway which was coming across the path of the Train... Rest everything was just simply Sleeping... Beautifully Sleeping... This according to me is the Real Sleeping Beauty!!! Isn't it???

  Try this when you are traveling in a train and couldn't sleep... Just stare out of the window (to be on a safer side) and take a look at the resting Nature... I know that the nature is alive in the night also... but forget Logic and just experience the Sleeping Beauty...

Surekha - I mean Eurekka

If you are taking care of your own mind... The Master doesn't need to look at you... He looks only if there is a change required in you or there is trouble in the mind...
If you are taking care of your own mind then there is no feverishness or craving for the look or an appreciation or a gesture of acknowledgment... Just that there is a Longing which is out of fullness, completeness for that one look that communication in silence but no craving...
And there is a possibility of this happening vice verca also... But that is not my experience...

Be Longing

Hello there
I was doing the Sri Sri Yoga TTC and during that one fine day i was singing at the satsang and i had an amazing experience which i would like to share...
All these years doings satsangs at the Ashram and at other places I used to sing out of Longing... but that day i realized that there are 2 different types of longing... One is the longing in which there is a lack... something missing... and u r longing for it... and the other one is Longing out of Fullness... There is longing but no cravings attached to it... free of lack... which is way too high that any other type of longing... It is in this state you are totally free yet with the Longing... just Being with the Longing... Be(ing) Longing = Belonging.... :-)

Interesting na....hehehehe stay tuned for more...

The Oddessy

The Oddessy Begins at the Bangalore Ashram when Guruji asked all the Ashram teachers to go to different places and work for a cause... ( most of us know why) and then in another few days everything was set and I was off to Delhi in the famous Rajdhani express... Sadly the service was not up to the mark thanks to Lalooji, anyways the journey began with 34 hr long trip from Bangalore to Delhi... morning 6 am i reached a station called Hazrat Nizamuddin... and went outside the station and had no idea where to go and what to do... but figured out something and went to the Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) and caught a bus to Shimla... during the visit there were many spurts of excitement were coming up as i had Never seen SNOW in my life...
The real excitement was not of the snow but it felt like i am going Home... Devbhoomi... as it is called... and the closer i got there it felt like i am coming Home... and then finally after 9 hrs of journey i reached Shimla... From the Bus itself i saw all the people wearing thick clothing so i pulled out my Shawl and got it on... But the most amazing part was once i got down even it was really cold like around 13 Degrees Celsius i did not feel it... It was a really pleasant feeling of that chilled wind touching me... It felt really nice... Like all the Gods residing there have invited me into their arms... such an amazing feeling...
Then there were all these so called tour guides and all asking whether i would like a hotel or an Auto or a coolie to pick my luggage... but there was someone coming to pick me so i was cool... How the Master takes care when you are out doing His work...

Judgments!!!

Hellooo there
going through the twisting and turning roads of Himachal!!! where i am right now... many times this thought had come in the mind... Why do we judge people and yourself... Pondering over this and suddenly something just came up... When you yourself Judge people then you have a fear of other people judging you... may times knowingly also we judge people but over n over again we have to become aware that we are judging people...
Now tell me what is there in judging people???? really?? just give it a thought!!! What will happen if the whole world is judging you... others think you are like this and you are like that... Nobody in this whole world knows how you are... Including yourself...!!!!! So why are we concerned about what others think about you???
Give it a thought and reply... You will find a tendency of the mind to be someone... Find out...
This is what makes most of us a Miser... Staying in our own world of fantasy, Thoughts...
Strange are the ways of the Mind!!!!

Dispassion

The word "DISPASSION" 

   What exactly does it mean... this word has been mistook by most of the people... what normal Human mind perceive this as not indulging yourself in any of the worldly activities and any of the Worldly pleasures... No indulgence in the pleasure through the 5 senses... not to eat nice food, no smelling good fragrances, no hearing So called non satvic music and such kind of Taboos... 

   The irony in the situation is most of the people doesn't even know what Passion is!!! not knowing what is passion one cannot understand what is dispassion... you are passionate about something, u get it or u don't is a different matter all together... but that feeling of what is Passion is the link to understand what is Dispassion... the Pinnacle of Passion is dispassion... Surprised!!!! but true... where there is passion there is no feverishness, no bondage, where there is greed there is feverishness, negativity...

   When you are passionately in love with someone or something you just adore it the way it is... when there is a sense of possessiveness there the problem arise... there passion turns into greed or lust or obsession... the pure form of Love is Passion... when true passion is experienced then only one can understand Dispassion... It is easy for somebody to just put it into words what is dispassion...

   To understand dispassion first understand and experience passion... Sadly most of us do not realize the fine line between the Distortions of Love & Passion... Love on the level of Bhakti is Passion... where there is Passion there cant be sadness or misery... One automatically tends to feel Vibrant and blissful when there is Passion... the end of Passion is Dispassion... When it doesn't make any difference whether there is the presence of that particular thing/Person but still there is bliss, that state of mind is Dispassion... If there is presence one tend to enjoy it to the fullest but not crave for it when there is none... That is dispassion... Dispassion itself says "DIS" is "PASSION"... (This is Passion)!!!! hehehe an original one!!! :-) 

   One has to be aware and this awareness develops on its own... Everything is just effortless...

   There are many who will not agree with this... But this is the WAY IT IS.... Full Stop.

Eureka....

Hey...

  just sitting at night below this beautiful blanket of stars and planets, many times kept wondering why this whole thing was created... such beautiful sky, such an amazing creation itself... every species may it be insects, birds, mammals, the huge water kingdom, and so many unseen bacteria's which can survive in temperature as equal as the temperature of the sun...

  Such an amazing creation... BUT WHY??? and what is the basis on which this whole creation is up and running 24/7 ( its our way of measuring time ) what inspires every living and non living matter to exist??? Why??? Who??? What for???

  such kind of questions were bothering me and suddenly a thought came up... This whole thing is just the creation of the mind... So what is this mind... What is its mechanism... what inspires it to be... What is the nature of the creation and nature of the mind as an entity itself... and why is this mind trying so hard to exist???

  After a long time of such questionnaire an amazing thing just sprang... It felt that the answer was there itself lingering around in the Mind... not my personal mind... There is no such thing... It is like fish in water... no matter how it can be explained it is impossible to know what it is!!!!

   Well then this thing came... and all the closed shutters were opened and many of the answers were revealed... The thought of existing itself is the root cause of the Entire Creation... and the craving to exist is what drives the Entire Creation... That explains the nature of the mind to hold on to things... If the mind doesnt hold on to anything, let goes of everything then its purpose of existing comes in danger... It will cease to exist... And nothing in this whole creation likes to die... And that explains the fear of Death... the mere craving to exist is the root cause of everything...

  So here comes the best part... If the nature of the mind is Karma i.e. to do something to exist indirectly leads to Cause and its Effect and the circle continues... the nature of the creation is to Exist... That is what is called Dharma... the Nature... 

  So the best part is this that on one level Karma and Dharma are 2 different things...

  But on the base level they are one and the same... Maybe two sides of a coin...

Now this is what i realized... I dont know how much is valid and how much is Void... Just something which i would like you to read...

Realisation

I was just here doing what i do and suddenly something struck me...

   what can be the formula for Knowledge... The mind started working... Intellect started giving all rights n wrongs... Memory was put into action... And the Ego just kept on giving orders.... hehehehe as i am in engineer thats y such kind of explanation...

   and the outcome of the whole exercise was awesome... there is a formula to Knowledge... 

Knowledge = ( Information + Experience ) x Awareness

  There are some times when u just know things... But there are many times that u just have the informations about something and on the experiential level there is nothing... And sometimes u have the experience but dont know what it is all about... But both the things are there yet it happens that u r stuck in situations and people... There comes the Awareness part...

  Just the awareness about the information and the experience give u the complete picture of situations as well as people... I hope this realisation will help u learn something or unlearn something...

Strange experience

Hiii....

   Ever given a thought what if the whole earth came to a stand still... What will happen to the life on earth... There is allways some or the other threat to the city, country or planet... But what to say to people who have lost somebody in either a terror attack or an accident or and natural calamity... Actually nothing can be done... Strange is the mechanism of the mind... Every good as well as bad situation either to u or to somebody else gives us a chance to be grateful to the Divine... If u see Rajita & Ajay Bagga's experience... nothing could have happened to them even in the midst of the terror attack... 

   Now the most amazing part is that every mind will react in a certain way... this conditioning of the mind is what is called Karma, and its Karma phala... which is the Cause and its effect... the amazing part is that every effect is in turn a cause for some other effect... the only way to be free from this Circle of cause & effect is being grateful in this present moment... knowing that u are not the doer gives u this freedom to choose which thought to put in action rather than just acting according to the cause and effect circle... same kind of patterns followed since ages... 

  How many of us knows that we are actually stuck in these patterns and blindly going with the flow of emotions... No idea... every Storm before it comes and after the carnage teaches or rather opens u to this nothingness inside u... 

   Just kept on writing what came to me this moment... jai gurudev...
